Waiting 32 minutes for an order with two small children is absolutely unacceptable! The employees kept asking us to repeat our order and explained that they were waiting for the apple pie to finish baking. I am extremely disappointed with the service. This was a terrible experience.

Every time I come here no matter the time of day the workers are overly rude, ignore me and multiple customers, argue and get angry over simple requests. I've been coming to this one for over 5 years and always try avoiding it if I can but unfortunately it's one of the few spots that's open 24hrs near me. Inside is always nasty and tables left with food crumbs still on it bathrooms are rarely ever cleaned and have a disgusting smell. I hate to make bad reviews but this spot is just simply unbearable and frustrating to deal with. Almost forgot there's been 2 instances now where I've had mold on my McDoubles bun and when I asked employees about it they simply shrugged and just asked "what do you want me to do about it" and walked away. Hopefully they figure things out at this location bc clearly I'm not the only person who thinks poorly ab this McDonald's

The manager working today was so rude. He didn’t even give me my receipt & left as soon as my transaction was done. I was waiting for my food & my fries were cold who knows how long it was sitting there. Also when I got my tray when I asked for new fries he threw the fries that were on my tray across the counter in the kitchen. I was planning on staying inside to eat but I just got a bag & took it to go. The atmosphere wasn’t it.

i gave this place 2 shots! first time i went threw drive threw and asked for a mcdouble bundle, the response i got from the person over the mic was just absolutely rude and just not a pleasant person to speak too.... so i just left. the second time i thought forget about it. maybe just an off day for them. i go place the same order but this time i get a med drink instead of the small. i go to the window pay the 6.90 and then go to the next to get my order. the person then try's to hand me an absolutely dripping soaked soda covered SMALL drink DRIPPING in soda. i say to the gentleman, i ordered a med, but i don't mention the monstrosity of a cup. he then reply's ok no problem. shuts the door and 2 seconds later comes back with the same cup stilll over filled and dripping everywhere "were out of med, sorry" lmao ok then give me a large what you mean you don't have med and you come back with a small even though i paid more for something bigger and then have the audacity to say sorry like im just supposed to be ok with that response. he then closes the door and comes back another 2 seconds later and says "yea we aren't gonna give you a large" ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW. i then give him

I truly don't understand how you can walk past guests standing at the counter, as you run food out to parked cars, and not say a word or look at them. I don't understand why every car gets pulled up. You lie and give false numbers to the business on your drive thru times and shows zero integrity on holding honest speed of service. Why pull up 5 cars when you cant get those orders out only to give the line more orders they cant handle to begin with.
